Software for Mariner 10 TV experiment.
Software destination: Mariner 10 data set - code SPDSS ID 73-085A-0200, volumes MVM_0001 to MVM_0015
This data set consists of the Experiment Data Records (EDRs) for the approximately 12500 images obtained by the
Mariner 10 TV experiment. The EDRs consist of unprocessed (raw) Mariner 10 instrument data in VICAR format. These volumes
are not readily usable, as they represent bit copies of old data tapes.
Mariner 10 data set is available from National Space Science Data Center (NSSDC).

Software for Mariner 6 and 7 TV experiment.
Software destination: Mariner 6&7 data set - code 69-030A-0019, volume ID M69_2001.
This data set contains Mariner 6 and 7 TV reduced data records. The records were originally on 7 track tapes and were
copied onto CD-WO as part of the Science Digital Data Preservation Task (SDDPT). These volumes are not readily
usable, as they represent bit copies of old data tapes and do not contain user documentation.
Mariner 6&7 data set is available from National Space Science Data Center (NSSDC).

Software for Mariner 9 TV experiment.
Software destination: Mariner 9 data set - code SPDSS ID 71-051A-0200, Volumes M71_0001 - M71_0009.
This data set contains the Mariner 9 imaging Experiment Data Records (EDR), which are the raw imaging data of Mars from the Mariner 9 mission, composed of approximately 7300 images obtained by the Mariner 9 TV experiment. The collection consists of images retrieved from archive EDR magnetic tapes created during the Planetary Image Conversion Task. These volumes are not readily usable, as they represent bit copies of old data tapes.
Mariner 9 data set is available from National Space Science Data Center (NSSDC).

Software for Venera 15/16 Radar Image Mosaics of Venus.
Software destination: Venera 15/16 data set - NSSDC ID PSPG-00456 (Other ID 83-053A-01A), 1 CD-ROM.
This data set contains radar image mosaics of the surface of Venus obtained by the Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR)
on the Venera 15 and 16 spacecraft. The Venera data consists of 27 images (quads) covering the latitude range of
25 degrees north to the north pole; however, two quads, the 8th and 9th, are not included because they were not available
at the time the CD was produced. The quads cover the area from the north pole down to approximately 30 N latitude.
Each quad was segmented into 16-20 full resolution sub-images, each no larger than 1200 samples by 1200 lines.
A browse image was also created by scaling down the full resolution quad by a factor of 4.
Venera 15/16 data set is available from National Space Science Data Center (NSSDC).

Software for Viking Orbiter TV Experiment.
Software destination: Viking Orbiter Raw Image Archive on CD-ROM (PDS). Data set id: NSSDC ID PSPA-00073.
Other id: 75-075A-01c, 75-075A-01d, 75-083A-01a, 75-083A-01b.
There are 32 CD's with Viking 1 Orbiter images (VO_1001 to VO_1032) holding over 34,200 frames
and 14 CD's for Viking 2 (VO_1051 to VO_1064) with over 15,600 images.
The EDR image data are stored on CD-ROM in a compressed format that allows exact reconstruction
of the original images. The average Viking Orbiter image is compressed by a factor of about 3.5.
The EDR images in this archive have not been processed in any form other than organizing
the original telemetry into raster formatted files and compressing the image data using
First-Difference Huffman encoding algorithm.
Viking Orbiter Image Archive data set is available from National Space Science Data Center (NSSDC).

Software for Cassini Imaging Science Subsystem (ISS) experiment.
Software destination: Cassini Imaging Science Subsystem (ISS) EDR and Calibration Files Archive on DVD, volumes Coiss_1001 - Coiss_1009 (Cruise and Jupiter Encounter Data) and Cassini Imaging Science Subsystem (ISS) EDR and Calibration Files Archive on DVD, volumes Coiss_2001 - Coiss_2025 (Data from Saturn Approach to End of Mission).
These data sets contains the Experimental Data Records (EDR) image data files and accompanying detached PDS label files. These files are organized on the archive volumes in subdirectories in Spacecraft Clock (SCLK) order. Read the datainfo.txt to learn more about the contents of the data directory. The EDR image data files are in a format called VICAR (Video Image Communication and Retrieval).
Cassini Image Archive is available from Planetary Data System (PDS) - Imaging Node.
